以前香港人想食海鮮就話去鯉魚門,依家想食海鮮就有好多選擇,週日趁放假就和屋企人輕鬆食返餐。望吓menu, 除了食海鮮,仲有多款出名既古法菜式,例如鷄疍焗魚腸,叫化鷄,八寶鴨等等。七咀八舌之後,就落单點菜,叫了八寶鴨,奄仔蟹,群翅鷄湯泡粗糧,生炒臘味糯米飯和富貴花龍鳳球。先食八寶鴨,我食這隻鴨之前就先考吓囡囡和女婿,問佢地知唔知八寶鴨既八寶係乜野食材,佢地即時口啞啞,其實放於鴨腹內烹調的八款食材是糯米,蓮子,茨實,百合,粟子,薏米,冬菇和鹹蛋,這八款食材一起放於鴨腹內烹調,這道上海名菜,相傳是乾隆最喜歡的菜式之一,但烹調過程繁複,現在已不是太多厨師肯花時間烹煮這款菜式了。富貴花龍鳳球,富貴花即西蘭花,把西蘭花舖切放於碟中央,龍鳳球即燒鷄肝和蝦塗上少許麵粉鮮炸,特色是入口即感覺有少許剌鼻,原來加入了介末醬和沙律醬,所以味道颇似日式燒物刺身。奄仔蟹上枱,從未見過咁大隻奄仔蟹,把蟹蓋打開即見滿滿金黄的蟹膏,仲以為伙記俾錯咗黄油蟹,原來巨型奄仔蟹產自菲律賓,用淮鹽,香檳和牛油烤焗,遠遠已聞到淮鹽香味,這道中厨西煑的奄仔蟹味道頗有特色。群翅鷄湯泡粗糧,名字很特别,用群翅鷄湯做湯底食材,點講都唔係屬

群翅鷄湯泡粗糧,名字很特别,用群翅鷄湯做湯底食材,點講都唔係屬於粗糧,原來粗糧即健康食材也,用淮山,雲耳,西芹,脆肉瓜,秀珍菇和蕃薯作配菜加入鷄湯和群翅一起烹調成健康美味的濃湯,所以食完所有粗糧就梗係連湯都飲埋。

最後就要有米飯落肚,唔想齋食白飯,就叫了臘味糯米飯,貪糯米夠煙靭又有臘味香味口感。

食完滿足的一餐,臨埋單前和伙計傾咗幾句,才知道酒家老板是經營海鮮批發,鯉魚門一帶好多酒家都係佢客仔,咁即係話我揀啱地方晚飯啦。
