今次為慶祝前輩生日,我嚟到尖沙咀龍門金閣海鮮酒家,呢間中菜館唔大間,但網試推介既菜式,一試之下真係好好食,有用心整,唔係浪得虛名杏汁豬肺湯 🍲呢碗湯真係好正!杏汁香味十足,湯底清澈,味道鮮美,豬肺又滑又嫩,飲完真係暖心。每一口都有杏汁嘅甘甜,完全中和咗豬肺嘅濃郁,絕對值得推介!冰鎮咕嚕肉 🍖呢道菜真係特別,外面炸得金黃香脆,裡面卻保持住肉嘅鮮嫩。冰鎮做法令咕嚕肉口感獨特,冷熱交融,酸甜醬汁好好味,食完一口想再食多一口!雞蛋焗魚腸 🐟呢道菜真係好吸引,魚腸焗得啱啱好,入口即化,搭配雞蛋嘅滑溜,味道真係相得益彰。海鮮嘅鮮味加埋蛋香,食到真係令人懷念。蝦多士 🍤呢個蝦多士就係經典!外脆內軟,蝦肉嘅鮮甜同多士嘅香脆簡直完美結合,每一口都充滿海味,真係食完仲想再叫多一盤!生炒糯米飯 🍚呢碗生炒糯米飯炒得好好,粒粒分明,口感Q彈,加埋各種配料,真係好豐富!特別係臘味同香菇,味道真係好正,完全唔會令人失望。甜品:薑撞奶 🍮餐後附送!最後嘅甜品薑撞奶真係一絕!唔係普通生果唔係紅豆沙咁簡單!薑汁香氣撲鼻,配上滑滑嘅奶,甜而不膩,完美收尾,食完真係心情好好價錢與份量 💰雖然價錢唔算平,但樣樣菜都大大碟,份量足到你唔使擔心!每道菜都係用心做出嚟,無論係材料定係烹調,真係值得呢個價。份量、功夫同價錢完全成正比,食得安心又滿足!總括來講,龍門金閣海鮮酒家唔單只係味道出色,服務都好到冇得輸,環境又舒服,真係好適合家庭聚會或者同朋友一齊食飯。下次再來,我一定要試其他菜式!🎉 continue reading

喜歡到中式餐館慶生,因為大夥可圍坐一枱高談闊論,好不高興。餐館有兩層,地面那層就是傳統中餐館的佈置,而上層比較樸實近乎一點裝飾也沒有,但亦較清靜。小炒皇咸香味鮮,當中的小海味份量十足,炸脆了的小魚乾與蝦乾比韭菜還要多,芋頭絲也十分香脆,與餐牌上的相片如出一轍。一字骨的肥瘦比例恰好,一點也不柴,帶軟骨的一字骨更是非常脆口,黑醋的甜酸風味去膩增香,令人回味。柚皮味道苦澀,顏色像是塵封了許久令人提不起胃口,最終過半都是給遺棄掉。酸菜石斑魚算是今晚的大菜,一整尾石斑魚放在大盤子裡很有氣勢,魚湯真材實料,酸菜開胃消滯,魚片鮮美嫩滑,斑頭也被朋友去皮拆骨,完美幹掉。米粉煎得香脆不油膩,蝦球感覺是雪藏貨色,但鮮味仍是可以的。燉奶是一如既往的好吃,奶香微甜,份量剛好。 continue reading
