To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麵包籃有法包、蒜蓉包及牛油酥。以餐前麵包黎計佢既蒜蓉包好出色,夠熱蒜蓉感好重牛油好香。有一段時間無食過牛油酥,外皮酥皮鹹香感重,內裡好軟熟,個人評價幾高。雖然餐包可以無限添食,但叫左好多主食都係淺嘗好了。

因為share 食所以餐廳上檯前好貼心咁每人分開三隻黎焗,田螺好大隻厚肉,香蒜牛油味非常重。但個人認為蒜香味太重太鹹,完全蓋過左螺味,唔知係唔係因為咁係”布根地式”口味?

Hugo’s 龍蝦湯係餐廳主打名物,每檯必點。我地就係因為見套餐有呢個湯先決定點呢份套餐。湯係玩席前火焰烹調,有少少似去睇表演。湯非常濃,酒味好重,Share好似分到一小粒龍蝦。個人從來唔係龍蝦湯嘅粉絲,淺嘗就好。自己覺得太濃酒味有點鹹,但同行者覺得呢個龍蝦湯好出色。

牛扒外表好黑,同行者叫左Medium生熟度剛好。因為我主力係食Prime Rib呢份牛柳只係試咗少少,個人覺得呢份牛樓個質感唔多似平日食開嘅牛扒,有少少似食緊煲湯一絲絲嘅瘦肉🙉。不過我只試咗一小件未必能作準。底薯蓉就唔錯。

甜品係呢套餐最出色嘅菜式,疏乎厘口感輕盈濕潤,面既榛子果仁醬甜度恰到好處。橙酒汁朱古力干邑汁唔算濃味,正合我胃口。

呢一份餐前小食一啲都唔平,不過見佢用上昂貴食材,人一世物一世點照試吓。沙律份量唔算太多係幾小口會食得完既份量,面鋪昂貴嘅魚子醬,主體係大量嘅皇帝蟹肉溝海鮮汁,再配上蛋白餅一齊食。蛋白餅同埋魚子醬😂其實冇乜味,不過主體蟹肉好鮮甜。整體正評!

黎得Hugo食飯Prime Rib 係主角。Hugo 好多款菜式都有玩席前燒/煮/整/砌,當然或多或少係噱頭。高大靚仔外藉廚師即場切牛肋骨,連埋骨上好厚好大塊。叫左Medium Rare,生熟度剛剛好,冇血水但肉身好滑。份量比我想像中多好多,最近都去過幾間高級餐廳點過呢一個菜式,Hugo份量都算係最慷慨(咁樣當然價錢或多或少都反映到)。牛扒軟滑係我好喜歡嘅質感,可惜因為同行者怕生,所以我需要一個人食晒全份,結果佢高質既Yorkshire Pudding我已經食唔到。呢份Yorkshire Pudding 係暫時我食過最好食嘅。另外額外加錢叫嘅煎薯餅同埋忌廉菠菜,我覺得比較普通,煎薯餅雖然份量好大但我覺得冇乜味似食緊中式蘿蔔絲酥餅,忌廉菠菜我就比較喜歡文華扒房版本。

唔鍾意酒味嘅我以為呢一份signature dessert 我未必會鍾意,不過睇在佢又係席前再加上賣相幾靚仔,照叫一份試吓唔好留遺憾。結果除咗份prime rib外我全晚最欣賞就係呢個菜式。甜品份量唔多,得三小片法式班戟,但係個橙酒汁好香加埋一齊食感覺良好。個雲呢拿雪糕基本上影兩張相已經開始溶,當汁食都好滑。

送:Hugo’s 朱古力x3 及朱古力脆皮雪糕波波x4。朱古力脆皮雪糕波波有乾冰墊底打開個好打卡able,味道就正正常常四平八穩。反觀嗰三粒朱古力有驚喜,全部有唔同夾心,三粒都好食。

總結:環境服務都唔錯,幾適合情侶間喜慶節日用餐。餐廳搞咗好多打卡花巧野,好多席前烹調或者最後送嘅甜品都幾有心思,整體用餐感覺係良好嘅。不過食物水準未至於係我食過同級最好,以同級計計埋性價比入去,達係合格水平。
