To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚抱著一試心態,打電話到彩薈軒訂今日午茶位,竟然不是叫我walk in拿位,而是幫我留位,俾一個訂位號,並講限時90分鐘。這酒樓在尖沙咀Isquare國際廣場 25樓,選在這裡與朋友茶聚是覺得地點方便。中午11點30分開市,己訂位的客人可優先由咨客劃位入內。酒樓的落地玻璃可望出外面維港海景,對著無敵海景飲茶感覺幾正。自助掃碼落單點食物,我點了蝦餃👍,菜苖餃👍👍👍。芝士春卷👍👍,牛肉腸👍👍,叉燒由于腸,鮑汁炆鳳爪👍👍👍,鹹菜胡椒豬肚,蟹籽蛋白炒飯👍👍👍,炸蝦卷,馬拉糕,紅棗糕,原只椰皇蛋白燉燕窩👍👍👍,椒鹽魷魚須等。點心小食材料新鮮,食得出是即做即上,口感大多數都不錯。6位消費共$1022.,即每位$170左右,在此地段來講。價錢不貴,己算抵食。環境舒適,有靚海景,服務也不錯,唯一不好是有限時90分鐘. 點心出品新鮮熱辣,推薦!
