由前五星酒店烘焙總廚主理嘅Puff Bake今年6月係尖沙咀開張~餅店主要都係賣唔同嘅烘焙麵包糕點😙最出名就係千層酸種蛋撻喇,花花外形嘅酥皮非常吸睛,size大概係一個女士手掌咁大。當日大概3點去到,眼見仲有10個左右就賣完👀買咗一個原味嘅酸種蛋撻同開心果酸種蛋撻😋始終1點出爐~食落雖然兩款都已經凍咗,但外層酥皮依然超級脆!原味蛋撻蛋味夠濃,蛋漿滑嫩~🤓開心果味同樣好好食,開心果醬同蛋味嘅平衡做得好好,既保留到蛋香亦食到開心果濃郁嘅果仁味🤤當日仲見到好多好吸引嘅麵包酥皮單品,例如鹹味嘅蛋撻,下次經過會再想買黎試下!😍
