入冬梗係要bbq,今次食韓燒,黎咗位於尖沙咀嘅韓珍。餐廳好旺場,建議大家就算book咗位都要早d到,唔係要等好耐先入得。我哋叫咗兩款燒肉,另外仲叫咗醬油蟹同大醬湯。叫完嘢食餐廳就先上前菜俾我哋食住等,除咗一般韓國餐廳必定有嘅泡菜、芽菜、魚板之類,竟然仲有非常入味嘅鹵水鵪鶉蛋。醬油蟹(1pc) ($250)朋友想食醬油蟹,而我係第一次食,蟹嘅質感有d似生蝦,鮮甜而且醬油味濃得黎又唔會搶哂蟹嘅鮮味。勁多蟹膏,撈埋送嘅牛油飯一齊食,味道好夾。調味特級牛肋肉 ($250)牛肋肉經過調味,帶少少甜味,而且好稔身,肥瘦適中,入口有香濃嘅牛味。值得一提嘅係跟燒肉嘅翠玉瓜,睇落唔起眼,但燒過之後爽脆juicy,好食。豬肩肉 ($130)豬肩肉厚度適中,唔會話好肥,夾埋生菜一齊食仲可以減低燒肉嘅油膩。牛胸肉大醬湯 ($88)大醬湯入面有牛胸肉、豆腐、瓜粒等配料,大醬味香濃,用石頭鍋上熱辣辣,非常暖胃。。。韓珍 (帝國中心)尖沙咀麼地道68號帝國中心地下高層UG43號舖。。
