曾幾何時,每週必臨。夜闌人靜,打烊方休。裝飾依舊,人面漸非。昔日滿臉笑容的「阿豬媽」不見了,似是返回祖家;熟稔的經理先生猶在。肥得肚皮墜地的看店貓貓「美順」,蹤影杳然。筆者大愛此沙律,份量比以前縮小了近一半。此南瓜紅豆粥,是前菜之一。它不是甜品,卻似是甜品。色澤不比從前。半熟即可,切勿過老。肉汁豐盈,牛味十足。此汁沾魷魚、肉類同食甚妙,然麻油似曾勾兌稀釋,芝麻香大減。此麵韓國進口,麥味突出,滑韌爽彈。當年九十大洋,如今百二兩銀,百物騰貴,又見一斑。湯辣足而鮮未夠。蜆殼碎多,小心細嚼。是晚附送的前菜八小碟。八小碟之中有六小碟天天不同,只有以下兩小碟必然提供。為方便各位預算、參考,特附全套最新套餐餐牌。
