今晚朋友話帶我食好野地點係尖沙咀Isquare 後兩條街就係, 好方便上到去對住個維港海景夠浪漫我地揀左食廚師發辦~先上前菜沖繩水雲加埋溫室蕃茄仔, 味道酸甜, 水雲滑捋捋易入口跟住到四款刺身日本真鯛卷住馬糞海膽, 師傅話唔駛點豉油,就咁食突出番白身魚本身既味道鰤魚表皮先炙完, 令到下面脂肪油份爆出黎拖羅一擺落口就即刻溶化鮟鱇魚肝配上自家醬汁, 食落甜甜地熟食就有小蕪菁同埋海老芋配上松葉蟹肉醬汁食落好甜再到八款壽司深海池魚同帶子食落好鮮甜, 帶子仲配埋鹽既口感好特別白蝦食落比較漿口金目鯛表皮用熱水焯過,令到脂肪凝聚, 油感提升新鮮鯖魚配埋日本蒜蓉,味道估唔到好夾吞拿魚腩食落估唔到係即溶咁, 完全無筋馬糞海膽軍艦海膽份量多到就黎跌出黎鰈魚裙邊先炙過令到油脂散發出黎, 擺係最後食岩岩好魚湯煮到白色, 好鮮味日本依家當造既士多啤梨食落好甜最後食埋甜品抹茶奶凍, 口感順滑又唔會苦~好食師傅每次上菜都會先介紹菜餚, 等我地更加清楚自己每道菜係食緊咩野服務用心, 而且環境又靚!絕對會再黎~
