To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尖沙咀環境闊落烤魚😋平時成日雞煲同火鍋就食得多啦烤魚再變火鍋你又試過未😍將烤過既魚加湯再煮啱哂重口味既人佢有三款唔同價位嘅魚同埋湯底可以選擇彈性都幾高對魚肉質有要求嘅可以揀貴啲嘅魚對湯底有要求嘅就可以加錢換個特別啲嘅湯底今次就揀咗老檀酸豆花味嘅海鱸魚 ($298).🎈湯底方面呢度嘅湯底同樣係可以選擇辣度我唔係好食得辣就選擇左BB辣🧐一上枱見到面頭既酸菜堆到一坐山咁高就覺得誠意滿滿而個湯層次都非常豐富主要歸功於酸菜品質好湯底味道係酸得黎帶少少甜咁唔會死咸又唔會過酸湯底更加係用左唔同既辣椒去煲除左指天椒仲有泡青椒同乾燈籠椒所以食到味道係好正宗🌶🎈魚質方面分量就不在話下海鱸魚好大條有一隻手臂咁長仲好貼心咁起骨分兩邊上啖啖肉超滿足😋特別推薦大家試吓魚旗同埋面頰位置特別入別同滑嫩可以話係成條魚嘅精華所在🎈配料方面既然個湯底咁正咁當然要叫啲索汁嘅配菜🤤除咗有本身湯底跟嘅豆花之外我哋仲額外加咗兩款配菜👉寬粉 ($28)寬粉可以話係索湯一流而且勝在夠飽肚一份嘅份量都唔少都相當於一個面🧐煮到淋晒之後真係淡淡湯汁😋👉冰豆腐 ($28)呢度居然有唔係每個地方都有嘅冰豆腐😍係打邊爐
