昨天跟兩位閨蜜好友,去了尖沙咀的十三姨,這是一間新派港式餐廳,去到餐廳門口已經有充滿港式的打卡位,進去後,侍應已經很貼心地奉上熱茶及一杯蝦片,蝦片杯很高很有特式,而且有小時侯去酒樓吃到的五顏六色蝦片,壞舊得來又配上新派杯子,又可以打卡了!我們點了多道菜,首先是爆醬芝士年糕,外脆內軟,濃郁的芝士與年糕的彈口感覺相得match,o令我一口接一口,想再encoure。接著是西多雞翼,雞翼外焦內嫩,醬汁香濃。炸金菇則是另一道亮點,金黃酥脆的外皮,搭配特製醬料,非常可口。而主食方面,我們點了手撕雞湯米粉及牛肉粉絲,湯底清淡卻鮮美,手撕雞肉滑嫩,米粉及粉絲更是吸附了湯汁的精華。最後,我們還點了買四送一的串燒,串燒的香氣彌漫整桌,這一餐人均只需一百,物超所值!
