今日去到尖沙咀食Omakase,真係大飽張福同享受整個食飯既過程,感覺好開心同滿足,真係Omakase必選~今日叫了精選2人前套餐:前菜: 沙律、龍蝦汁蒸蛋(香氣逼人而且口感好滑)1. 季節燒魚: 甘鯛立鱗燒配酸菜魚汁普通既日本餐廳一定廚唔到咁頂級既立鱗燒及魚汁,佢外皮超級脆,但肉質就超滑, 配酸菜魚汁真係好特別既選擇,可以睇出廚師好有心機的製作!2. 南非鮑魚睇片就知新鮮啦,未煮之前仲識得郁,食落口就真係時間剛剛好,彈口有口感!絕~3. 沙巴虎蝦廚師手臂咁長既蝦,真係未食已經好吸引,用番蝦膏蝦油去炒,好味到一個點!4. 鵝肝原本以為享受已經夠100分,再上就是煎鵝肝,好大塊呀…色香味供全!5. 美國牛肉封門牛柳出名肉汁豐富同埋好有口感~配上廚師精湛既廚藝,簡直無得輸!最後仲有炒飯、炒野菜、味噌汁、甜品,飽到一個點~甜品都要一讚,因為以為是普通既多士,但如果沒有好既廚藝,係好易煎燶同埋唔好食,依個甜品超脆,配埋芝士雪糕,不得了!講真,$1280/2位 一定係物超所值,塊鵝肝咁大塊,仲要有咁大隻鮑魚,真係好超理同好值得去。環境一流,服務周到,而且廚師不停會問我地喜歡食咩,係我地面前廚野

最後仲有炒飯、炒野菜、味噌汁、甜品,飽到一個點~
