因為聖誕節要北上,所以我同Bu就提早去食聖誕大餐,今次由佢發辦揀咗THE ONE嘅「鐵板燒海賀」,除咗有靚海景之外,而家餐廳仲做緊優惠,「秋冬會席」人均都唔使一千,抵食👍🏻食鐵板燒梗係揀坐bar枱位置,可以邊食邊睇師傅即席炮製新鮮嘅食材😋精選秋冬前菜兩點鮟鱇魚乾入口細滑豐腴,入口即化,配上酸汁、蘿蔔蓉同小蔥正好可以解膩,油香軟滑令人口味海鰻魚細嫩鮮美,咀嚼後甜味會慢慢滲出,師傅加上酸汁昆布更能突顯魚嘅鮮味秋冬精選刺身、金槍魚、甜蝦油甘魚肉質肥美爽口充滿油份,吞拿魚屬赤身部位,魚味濃郁肉質較為結實有咬口、甜蝦鮮甜軟糯,三款刺身同樣新鮮美味松葉蟹大根煮物冬天食返碗煮物最適合不過,鮮甜嘅松葉蟹肉配上豆腐同蘿蔔,豆腐外面炸過後裏面依然保持嫩滑嘅口感,蘿蔔已經煮得又腍又入味,特別清甜👍🏻湯底加入枝豆同香菇提鮮,令所有食材嘅味道更為鮮甜清香甘鯛立鱗燒芒果蛋黃醬甘鯛脂肪較多,魚肉更為嫩滑,魚皮炸過後微微翹起就成為立鱗燒,咬落去嘅口感薄脆香口,配搭香甜嘅芒果蛋黃醬更加突顯魚嘅鮮味鐵板燒帆立貝松茸清湯師傅將厚身雪白嘅帆立貝兩邊煎香,配上松茸獨特嘅菇香,入口格外清甜帶微甘,獨特嘅烹調手法更能襯托海鮮原有嘅
