尖沙咀Apple Store旁邊一幢毫不起眼的大廈當中原來隱藏著不少餐廳,而鮨處松户正是其中之一間低調而高質的日本餐廳。餐牌選擇繁多,價錢亦比想像中相宜得多。前菜 ($25/位)入座時會先送上前菜,價錢以人數計算,小小一碟中有蓮藕、蘿蔔、冬菇和蒟蒻等材料。鮨處松户海鮮沙律 ($95)以不到一百元的價錢而言,本來不抱有太大期望,結果竟然出乎意外地切粒刺身份量極多,包括八爪魚、吞拿魚、三文魚、三文魚子等,而沙律菜亦新鮮爽脆,以炸天婦羅粒取代一般常於凱薩沙律中出現的麵包粒,不論是口感還是味道都同樣豐富,性價比奇高。池魚碎切 ($230)原條池魚切片後以魚頭連同魚骨圍邊,賣相精緻,池魚肉質軟嫩當中略帶爽脆,魚鮮味濃厚。蒜片炒雞腎 ($78)雞腎切得透薄如紙盡顯刀功,然而薄身的雞腎仍然保留雞腎應有的爽脆,更不會帶一般切塊雞腎常有的堅韌口感,蒜味香而不烈,整體鹹度亦恰到好處。鹽燒雞翼 ($58)雞翼拆成兩邊除了更加方便客人食用之外,更能令燒製時雞翼受熱更平均。雞翼皮脆肉嫩,肉汁豐沛,沒有絲毫乾韌之感,點到即止的鹽花更令雞翼進一步提鮮。雜錦天婦羅 ($105)雜錦天婦羅包括大蝦、鰈魚、冬菇、南瓜、豆

咖哩烏冬看似簡單其實內藏乾坤,烏冬煮得微軟煙韌不會過份軟爛,掛汁力強令每一口都能嚐到滿滿濃稠惹味的咖哩,咖哩當中更有牛脷和蘿蔔等材料,豐富飽暖,大概會是冬天朝思暮想的美食。







出乎意外地這間日本料理質素水準之上之餘價錢實惠貼地,以尖沙咀地段而言更是超值。
