日本大腸鍋:

好似係九州嘅料理?大腸經過長時間的燜煮,變得軟嫩Q彈,汁水也沾染了各種香料的香氣,吃起來回味無窮。有別於香港嘅大腸。佢哋呢度洗得好乾淨。原本一般我都唔食太腸,但係呢度嘅就完全冇問題👋👋


鱈魚西京燒:

鱈魚片裹上特製的味噌醬汁,經過炙燒後外層酥脆,內裡卻保持住鮮嫩多汁的鱈魚肉質。☝️☝️


自家製燒雞肉串:

新鮮嫩滑的雞肉,經過醃製和燒烤,表面焦脆多汁。搭配特製的醬料蘸食👍🏻👍🏻

咖哩湯烏冬:

另外一題嘅係,呢間居酒屋嘅用餐環境也相當寬敞明亮,裝潢簡約舒適,讓人放鬆愉悅!只要消費$2500就可以book一間房!

福岡牛腸鍋
第一次食牛腸鍋,完全冇內藏味,口感 Q 彈,湯頭好清甜。肥美鮮嫩既牛腸、加上煮到軟嫩的韭菜、椰菜,好岩冬天食!

不得不提呢個燒鱔,看似簡單但好好食,醬汁調味岩岩好,魚肉彈牙,唔怪得店員提醒我地要襯熱食!!
