之前人氣高企嘅內地姚姚酸菜魚,開立在香港分店,一直未有機會嘗試,適逢今日與朋友聚會,選了這一間餐廳。餐廳以Tiffany Blue為主調,空間闊落,座位舒適,環境優美。最後我們選了以下食物。1.姚姚酸菜魚($288)餐廳用上嚴選國家認證骨少肉多的新鮮鱸魚,秘製湯底用了五至六個鐘熬製而成,當中加入川椒、指天椒、鮮青花椒調味,集「麻、辣、香、酸」於一身!美味可口。餐牌內提及進食方法,可以先入一啖湯,再吃他們的魚,最後配上白飯,味道層次感豐富。2.麻辣香鍋($259)香鍋為四川經典美食,融合火鍋、川式乾鍋、香辣菜系等多種風味於一鍋。份量非常多,送飯一流。我們選了嫩牛肉、花菜、土豆、千葉豆腐、寬薯粉條。配上近期聯乘的獨特美極®鮮辣汁。更突顯香鍋的不同層次。
