日式拉麵要做得好,湯底很重要,黎到尚湯緊係要試返碗拉麵同自家制烏冬啦。呢度只有四張小枱,老闆兼廚師全程一腳踢,待應和水吧就靠一個女仔頂曬,都能變化出數十款拉麵,真係唔簡單!想試佢明太子手羽可惜「缺貨」,唔緊要,今次就先試下照燒雞扒先啦!雞扒煎得香口雞皮卜卜脆再灑上少許鹽巴,仲有沙律醬伴碟,睇得出廚師頗有心機!麵質友達以上湯底戀人未滿。試下試下不經不覺間已經食曬,超滿足!而同事的蜆肉帶子烏冬和牛肉壽喜燒亦分庭抗禮,平分秋色!鰹魚湯底有料到!最抵讚係送飲品和甜品,仲要食完野吹多陣水老闆及待應都冇即刻黑面詐型,而我地亦很識趣地自動逢上現金埋單,今時今日咁嘅服務態度先似樣嘛!
