To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 紅燒蟹皇翅 – 下單時, 侍應溫馨提示此道菜比較須時, 但居然不消 10 分鐘便送到. 但上枱後, 不禁有些失望. 看到一碗鮮橙色的東西, 真的被其色料嚇一跳 !! 而翅及蟹肉份量不多, 上湯弄得比較稠, 而且淡而無味. 整體覺得一般而已, 這是較為遜色及不值一試的菜色. 清炒桂魚絲 – 據說用了一整條桂魚來整的, 師傅把魚起骨, 切成絲 , 再加入筍子及金華火煺絲, 而旁邊圍著西蘭花. 就賣相巳經甚為吸引, 吃下真的蠻不錯. 蟹皇帶子炒鮮奶 – 雖則賣相一般而已, 一團白色的面層放了少許出奇鮮艷色的蟹膏. 但味道比想像中要好, 不會太油膩, 而且吃到很香濃的鮮奶味道, 再配上數片薄薄的帶子. 清清淡, 蠻不錯. 本菇炒翡翠苗 – 這是一道清淡的菜色, 本菇, 芽菜, 再加上主角翡翠苗, 不溫不文的火快炒, 新鮮爽口, 很好吃哩. 蒸饅頭 – 一客 6 件, 有椰汁味, 但不夠熱兼且不軟熟. 後記 : 1/ 上菜速度真的太過快了 !! 下單後, 所有食物也不消 15 分鐘便全部送上. 真的有點被推著食的感覺. 2/ 心知道色料, 可以增加其視覺效果, 可以令人食慾大增

2/ 心知道色料, 可以增加其視覺效果, 可以令人食慾大增. 尤其是在中菜, 這是少不了的手法. 然而, 蟹皇翅及蟹皇帶子炒鮮奶, 其過份鮮橙色的效果, 卻是令人有些倒胃.


3/ 服務一般, 中規中矩.


4/ 價錢, 不便宜. 慶幸有信用卡折扣優惠, 不然的話應該不會來罷.
