To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很少寫食評,但今次不寫不可。老公帶我去鮨文食生日飯,我地食第二輪八點半,同我地一齊入座既重有另外5pair人,有情侶,有夫妻,有父女。邊食師傅邊介紹魚的口感味道特性,樣樣都好好食。黑松露茶碗蒸 池魚 吞拿魚 松葉蟹 蝦 帶子天婦羅 右口魚手卷,掛住食有啲已經唔記得啲名。最驚喜係師傅即場準備壽司蛋糕,啲海膽成座山咁多,共有四款不同的海膽,款款都好新鮮 好甜 濃濃的海膽味。正!最後甜品有噴左小小威士忌既蜜瓜,清甜的果香為今晚既晚餐畫上完美句號。時令的食材,師傅邊準備準和客人談笑風生,輕鬆享用一級美食,人生一大享受。今年生日好難忘,多謝老公
