To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又嚟食啦！每次想食小籠包和片皮鴨，都會嚟呢間，因為可以在OpenRice 訂位，坐得好舒服之餘，又唔會趕人走😜今次介紹朋友嚟試，佢第一次食，都話好好味😋繼續每次必叫個兩款➡️小籠包和片皮鴨，今次不用多講，依然保持水準👍🏻反而今次試咗呢款新嘢👇🏽鎮江肴肉（上次本來都想食，但咁啱無得食）淨係個賣相已經好靚，所以忍唔住影多張相🤭側面睇層次好分明，鴨肉無乜肥的部分，口感和味道都一流，暫時食過最好食🥰連佢附上的醋汁都不用點。烏龍茶繼續好香，好好飲。和朋友邊食邊吹水，非常寫意地渡過2個半小時😄
