炸雞脾係大牌檔同小食店必備既食物,但係好多都係做到好似KFC咁皮脆惹味,但係雞肉本身就無味,一係就炸到乾身鞋口。呢間就唔同,雞皮唔肥,雞皮脆既程度好似燒脆仔個皮咁,酥脆。脾既背面劏左一刀,雞肉好入味,調味好好,又唔係好覺有味精,而且雞肉係嫩滑多汁。我好彩,去到個櫃賣晒,新鮮炸梗,見唔到係咪生炸,但係比起衣家時興D韓式炸雞好食得多!17蚊有咁既享受,真係美味爆棚!
