尖沙咀店的一幻拉麵光顧過,拉麵好吃。今次見荃灣開了分店,也去試試,看看味道如何。我知道集團式經營的麵店,大致上供應的餐款都是統一了的,味道也大同小異。不過荃灣店新開,要搞搞新意思,推出荃灣店限定的黑蒜叉燒蝦湯拉麵,所以我也要了一碗這款拉麵,然後就是每店都有的蝦湯拉麵,再加一份餃子。和其他分店一樣,點菜紙簡單易看,湯底、口味、麵條粗幼、加不加配料、小食,飲品,寫得清清楚楚,還有飯類供應,只要在自己喜歡的食品旁打個剔,交給待應就完成落單。先來的是餃子,一份五隻,每隻都煎得焦香好吃,滿滿實實的豚肉,咬一口肉汁到達口腔,啖啖肉入口很充實。再來就是荃灣店限定的黑蒜叉燒蝦湯拉麵,叉燒微微被火炙,肉質肥瘦平均,糖心蛋蛋心綿滑,麵條煙韌彈牙,蝦湯味道濃郁,木耳絲和麵酥都增加了不同口感,黑蒜油陣陣濃香,真的吃到雪雪聲,這碗拉麵令你味覺和嗅覺都在享受食的樂趣。接住來是招牌蝦湯拉麵,這碗蝦湯拉麵和之前在其他分店吃的味道一樣,麵身爽,叉燒嫩滑,蛋味香,湯底蝦味濃郁稠密,果然是招牌拉麵,水準統一。拉麵店主打就是吃拉麵,雖然價格不便宜,但吃到一大碗質量良好的拉麵也是值得的。這個月還有消費100元送100元的現金券
