To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午與老友二人來到金鐘一聚。這間西式酒吧餐廳頗具人氣,walk in入座。點了三重芝士菠蘿包配 jumbo吉列帶子,格仔餅Waffle配雪糕球,順便再來兩杯decaf 熱咖啡。都是熱氣東東。帶子確是大大隻的,菠蘿包內盛裝的芝士醬汁看著就很滿足,一於用來點薯條,把旁邊的茄汁果斷冷落了。同碟的些少菜葉只夠在視覺上沖淡一點油膩和燥熱。格仔餅厚實夠份量,火候剛好,賣相吸引。撥開topping雪糕與草莓,露出完整清晰格仔條紋,對輕度強迫症的人具療癒效果。加之下刀切開聽到陣陣鬆脆聲響,滿足感頓隨口水一道湧出。咖啡的味道強差人意,品不出是什麼豆磨得的,看單才知是雲南咖啡,也可能是decaf的緣故,更說不清了。雖然環境吵雜,服務一般,但處於金鐘地段的大商場內,這餐茶整體性價比可以接受。
