講咗好嘅先。有一兩樣都幾好食,燒蠔係全晚最好食,夠大隻,亦燒得剛剛好,唔會太乾身,仲保留到蠔本身的水份。一口牛唔差、幾有肉汁,不過唔好期望有咩特別嘅調味。蔬菜類完全不敢恭維。通常啲餐廳燒菜都係穩陣之選,將一Pat蒜蓉加啲牛油pat 落啲菜度好難唔好食。今餐點咗三個蔬菜類,完全突破我三觀:燒韭菜,係三樣入面最正常嘅野,雖然煮得偏生,但都仲可以食得晒成碟,撈埋啲木魚一齊食都幾有趣。燒大蔥,極生,差啲咬唔爛,食到頭尾果兩粒,直程好似冇煮過咁,生到差啲標眼水 🙂蒜蓉燒茄子又係另一個奇蹟,今晚之前我從來冇諗過原來一道聽落去咁簡單嘅餸可以整得咁難食。🙂喺全場得一枱客嘅情況之下都可以整到咁嘅質素,好想問OpenRice啲like係點樣chok返嚟 🙂
