To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得騎牛入到西環就要試下呢間聞名已久嘅尼泊爾餃子😋小店人情味真係好好~老闆娘一樣一樣介紹比我，餃子可以揀蒸/煎不過聽佢講蒸雞肉餃子係最多汁，咁就試下啦！雞肉餃子配花生芝麻醬 ($30/5)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐大推！！大大隻一咬開爆曬汁出嚟🤣噴到周圍都係雞肉清香🥰餃子皮好煙韌好咬點埋花生芝麻醬就變到好香濃小食：芝士波波 ($28/4)芝士味好香🥳不過就唔係韓式拉絲嗰啲！！係撈咗啲應該係薯蓉同葱勁飽肚🤯🤯一個人去食胃口有限😞下次再去食時就要試下佢啲煎餃同蕃茄辣汁！🤤不過環境真係細，得三個堂食位，住附近或者返工嘅人最好都係買外賣😖
