To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

“招牌爆汁蒸雞肉餃子(香辣汁)”($45/8隻)堅尼地城最近開咗間專食尼泊爾餃子嘅小店🥟舖頭雖然細細間但裝修好靚好有特色🥰堂食只有3個位去到好在有個位淨唔駛等😝呢道有提供蒸/煎餃仲有啲特色小食,好似薯仔波波同撈麵沙律不過因為嚟之前已經食咗嘢所以淨係叫咗1份餃🤣要咗8隻蒸雞肉momo配辣汁🐔Momo即叫即蒸所以要等大約10分鐘☺餃子size算大隻😍食落果然係爆汁🤤餃子入面啲香料味加上個辣汁真係好夾好惹味🤤唔經唔覺就食哂8隻餃子🤣下次再嚟要食埋煎餃同薯仔波波先😛
