Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (Kiu Kwan Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊同學聚餐,有人提議吃素,不要新潮斎,所以,決定來此處雖然,裝潢稍陳舊,尚光潔明亮,坐得頗舒服!首先,上的齋滷味,多花款,味道好,夠冧 再來,姬松茸雜菇燉湯,用湯盅上,打開蓋,香氣四溢,湯料足,甜夾潤另外,酸辣湯,很精彩,酸辣份量調較啱啱好,用料有旦絲,豆腐很嫩滑,木耳絲幼細,好飲過葷菜素黃魚,另一精彩之作,外層脆紫菜,內裏炸腐竹,再包裹粉絲,再用甜酸五柳汁點食,真係好味到吖XO醬炒蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔糕外脆內軟棉棉,斎XO醬好掂鑊仔咖哩魚旦,配海苔薄餅,咖喱很mild,很滑,魚旦像真度高,薄餅彈牙,有咬口招呼很好,很貼心!大家都很滿意斎菜,下次會再來!
