環境5分:日本餐廳面積好大,仲有埋室外座,好有地道feel,畀五分。衛生5分:地方乾淨企理,抽氣好,衛生都係滿分。服務5分:服務員爽手唔囉唆,燒野手勢好,自助落單,方便快脆,一樣滿分。味道5分:1) 黑松露白汁燒帆立貝响你面前燒,非常香松露味,松露豐富,帶子又厚又鮮甜,加白汁同松露個組合好夾。2) 海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒都係响你面前燒,非常講究,只能攪兩野,不能多攪因為會出水,想玩都唔得。燒到滾熱辣搽落餅乾上非常重蟹味,又鮮又濃好好食。3) 北海道飛魚刺身原條上,刀功好,新鮮爽甜,酸汁開胃惹味。食完刺身加$38炸埋條魚骨,脆卜卜好香口。4) 燒牛舌心一串三件好juicy,牛味香。5) 燒雞尾好爽脆。6) 燒雞皮好似炸出黎咁卜卜脆同乾身。7) 炸蓮藕片切到超薄,甜甜咸咸,好似薯片咁香脆。8) 豚肉湯牛肉稻庭烏冬份量足,有五塊軟腍嘅牛肉,烏冬煙煙韌韌,有埋小唐菜同昆布。抵食5分:兩個人一千鬆啲,又有日本傳統貝燒,又有串燒刺身,又有專人服侍,抵哂。
