上次朋友幫我慶祝生日,今次輪到我做東道主請佢食日式聖誕餐。呢間係佢好想試我當然提早book定位慶祝下!餐廳裝修幾有居酒屋果種熱鬧氣氛。今次點餐貴精不貴多、風味唔錯Hoba Wagyu Beef朴葉和牛 Oyster & Wagyu Beef牡蠣和牛 Urchin海膽壽司 Eel穴子壽司 Abalone Tempura 鮑魚天婦羅Sea Grape Tea Cold Noodles 海葡萄抹茶冷麵Umeshu淨梅酒Kyoho Beer巨峰啤酒 > 總括嚟講食物水準幾好:creamy海膽入口鮮甜。牡蠣和牛配搭特別,炙燒香蠔配酥嫩A4鹿兒島和牛、不愧為店家名物。朴葉和牛粒口感腍中彈性又juicy,伴碟的香菇、秋葵和大蔥減膩消滯,以朴葉墊底令牛肉添清香味。原條炭燒星鰻香氣濃郁、肉質細緻無骨醬汁甜蜜鮮味。天婦羅炸粉酥脆香口,鮑魚有咬口,其餘的蔬菜瓜果爽脆清甜。我點嘅梅酒果味清香甜中透點微酸,朋友的啤酒巨峰味很突出
