To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 選了翠亨邨跟屋企人做節,貪佢地點就腳同埋枱與枱之間比較寬闊,坐得舒服點。之前經理已經俾定菜單揀餸,佢哋嘅北京片皮鴨要預訂,同埋叉燒很出色,所以預先點定菜,佢方便時我又唔使去到先慢慢諗,大時大節,大家都方便D 。北京片皮鴨給叉燒來不發影相已經大家起筷了。紅炆斑腩頭很惹味、菠蘿咕嚕肉酸度適中,香脆可口。 另紅酒黑醋脆豬樓,個汁甜甜酸酸,很特別!但鮑汁荷葉飯比較失色,飯底不夠乾身,沒有荷葉香,只有少少鮑汁味。最後食埋甜品芝麻卷及桂花糕,大滿足😍

北京片皮鴨給叉燒來不發影相已經大家起筷了。

紅炆斑腩頭很惹味、菠蘿咕嚕肉酸度適中,香脆可口。 另紅酒黑醋脆豬樓,個汁甜甜酸酸,很特別!但鮑汁荷葉飯比較失色,飯底不夠乾身,沒有荷葉香,只有少少鮑汁味。
