To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日重遊舊地，順便同屋企人係大排擋食個晚飯！ 蝴蝶村冬菇亭同以前截然不同，宜家本整到成間餐廳咁款，缺乏了屋村大排檔味道！由於近街市，我地去買左幾款海鮮攞去加工，再叫多幾款小菜白灼蝦，剛剛過完休漁期，蝦好大隻兼彈牙！苦瓜炆倉魚，呢度煮得好好，炆得恰到好處，仲好有魚味！馬拉盞通菜煲，炒得超惹味，即刻要叫個飯襯下！沙薑雞，鮮嫩雞滑，有沙薑味及雞味！椒鹽鮮魷，炸得岩岩好，外面脆脆，本身鮮魷真係好新鮮！雜菌豆腐時疏，清清地，唔太油，味道唔太咸！薑蔥炒花蟹，色香味俱全！清蒸馬友，本身條魚都好靚，蒸得岩岩好，好滑兼好有魚味！小炒王就失色左少少，唔乾身，九菜老左d 整體黎講都煮得好好，街坊味道濃，來料加工費都算平，廚房整得不錯！
