To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為一個師奶，每日買餸，接返學接放學。難得有短暫me time，就喺小學附近食個下午茶，個人鍾意有特色的冬菇亭。領鮮鮮廚有派飯俾老人家，對佢印象特別好。冬菇亭嚟講呢度空間感好大，夜晚一家人嚟食飯，小炒有鑊氣，同埋有好多張大枱，最緊要有冷氣，夏天都唔怕熱，好爽又乾淨。脆皮特大雞髀呢度嘅炸雞髀真係好高質，即叫即炸，新鮮香噴噴。脆皮之餘仲係特別大隻size，貨真價實，好食過連鎖店多多聲。咬落皮脆肉嫩又多汁，雞肉啲汁真係多到滴落嚟！伴一個清新嘅鮮果沙律，好滿足！ 熱奶茶茶香奶滑，師傅手勢一流，埋杯茶去接放學就啱啱好啦！
