To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次搵食搵到入大西北！嚟到元朗屏山行下，自不然就要係E邊搵下有咩特色餐廳。搵搵下俾我搵到間出名食肉餅飯嘅餐廳。肉餅飯E種家常便飯就食得多，竟然整肉餅飯可以整到變出名嘅餐廳，咁就要去幫襯下睇個究竟。😤原來E間餐廳有好多創新嘅肉餅餡料！😳例如榴槤肉餅、芒果肉餅等等，簡單顛覆咗我對肉餅嘅傳統印象。今次就特登叫咗個芒果肉餅飯同埋佢另一個名物蝦多士嚟食。🍤切開個肉餅，啲芒果肉就係中間流出嚟，試落係一個新奇嘅體驗：熱嘅肉餅配上溫暖嘅芒果肉；肉類嘅少許油膩配上生果嘅小清新。😜感覺將肉餅提升到一個較為健康嘅層次！至於蝦多士，熱辣辣即上，亦都值得一試。
