媽咪突然間話夜晚想食點心,咁就即興地搵到一間位於荃灣大河道130號“鋿晶館”,有意外驚喜。我地嗌左“”黑鬆露北菇燒賣皇“”$20,兩粒嘅份量等於出面一般四粒燒賣咁濟,原隻蝦肉口感爽脆。再嚟就係“”月半晶瑩鮮蝦餃“ $22。同樣地份量10足,咬入去啖啖蝦肉,點啲辣椒油更錦上添花。之後到“”好姐潮州蒸粉果“$24,我本身並特別喜歡食粉果,但係黎一個真係做得好出色,爆涵之餘而且外皮做得好柔軟,一軟一膠兩種口感好夾 。另外就係“”南翔小籠包“$34,正常發揮。反而有驚喜嘅就係“”齒頰留香脆蘿蔔腸“$38,叉燒腸等就食得多 ,呢一種用腸粉包住炸脆左嘅蘿蔔腸粉都係第一次食,好適合食齋嘅人士。最後亦都係最驚喜嘅就係“”蒜香蝦春卷“$38,兩大條打斜切開 ,如圖所示完全喺鋪滿哂,同出面一般茶樓得春捲皮嗰啲差天共地。同員工吹下水,先知餐廳原來是自家製品牌,所有點心現場即點即做手作點心,師傅就職於日本多年,回港後在多間米芝蓮酒店及大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,經驗豐富。
