講起吉列牛,呢樣食物印象中大約係兩三年前侵襲香港,之後越來越多餐廳引進呢個潮流。身邊總不乏鍾意食牛嘅朋友,令到唔喜好牛嘅自己都總會試過幾間吉列牛專門店。要喺咁多間餐廳突維而出,每間餐廳都絞盡腦汁,推出一啲能夠吸引客人嘅特色菜式。今日約左男朋友嚟呢一間吉列牛忌廉烏冬專門店,顧名思意,除咗吉列牛之外,另一個主打就係忌廉烏冬。八點鐘去到餐廳樓下電梯大堂,長長嘅人龍排到出門口。無他嘅,成幢大廈有八成以上都係食肆,又正直晚飯時段,大約等左10分鐘,終於成功抵達餐廳。一出電梯,門口已經貼左好多有關吉列牛嘅報道,同埋大大個燈箱招牌。有趣嘅係,可能香港大部份人都覺得吉列牛係日本傳過嚟,睇到門口嘅報道,先知原來呢間餐廳係由韓國人引進。慶幸提早訂咗位,足以令我哋喺細小嘅餐廳獲得一席。急不及待翻閱餐牌,去餵飽飢餓嘅腸胃。吉列牛定食係必點嘅,但因為擔心忌廉烏冬食唔晒所以冇叫,反而選擇叫多幾款小食試多啲。炸芝士薯仔年糕 $38一客有兩件,外層包上一片紫菜,紫菜下面就係炸得金黃香口嘅薯仔年糕。薯仔年糕口感煙韌,真正外脆內軟!芝士包裹係中間,切開一半,超治癒嘅畫面出現!欲斷不斷嘅芝士可以拉出絲,一睇都知軟熟。雖然係

欲斷不斷嘅芝士可以拉出絲,一睇都知軟熟。雖然係經過油炸,但係又唔會好油。外層香口,配搭原本淡而無味嘅年糕,真正絕配!

裝飾嘅蔥花帶出清香,一同放入口腔,味道得以中和。唯一唔完美係見唔到任何蒜片嘅蹤影,相信如果有埋蒜片,一定更加香口?

見到隔離嗰台嘅小朋友食得津津有味,我都照板煮碗。果然!雞蛋料理一定無得輸!好香嘅蛋味,入面仲要包住熱熔芝士;睇落平平無奇,拉開雞蛋卷,芝士絲「難捨難離」!

蛋味極香濃,唔會煮過老,仲食得出雞蛋汁裏面落咗日式調味料,鹹鹹地。包裹住嘅芝士味唔係好濃郁,感覺芝士嘅意義只係做到個效果,所以唔會食到好滯。

除咗吉列牛主角,仲會配上白飯、麵豉湯同埋前菜凍豆腐。食過好幾次吉列牛,呢一間嘅吉列牛係相對印象難忘

未燒前,吉列牛呈鮮紅色,非常新鮮。肉脂分布平均,表層嘅吉列麵包糠唔會炸得太燶。

吉列牛放上專用燒爐上面,傳熱快,牛肉唔厚,大約1分鐘其實就食得!入口雖然未到即溶嘅境界,但係相當軟熟且肉汁多!牛肉味香濃,吉列味又香口。

定食嘅白飯配上飯素,芝麻芳香,令到食慾大增!麵豉湯不過不失,唔會好鹹;定食配埋芝麻凍豆腐同芝麻醬蕃茄仔就至Fresh!

以前啲廚師成日都話唔好將啲牛煮過老,最簡單烹調牛嘅方法一定係平底鑊煎;有邊個會諗得到,牛肉都可以攞嚟炸,仲能夠保持咁多汁?!
最重要當然係能夠得到一班吃貨嘅迴響,個個都相機食先
淨係呢樣野,已經值回票價啦!
