To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港人不嬲都好鍾意食譚仔米線，無論係返工嘅lunch time，淨係放咗工星期六日嘅下午茶或晚餐時間，譚仔米線都有一種屬於香港人嘅魅力🇭🇰今日食嘅米線係10小辣嘅魚腐雞肉米線，同之前一樣魚腐都會滲滿咗湯底嘅精華，而米線嘅口感依舊都係咁彈牙，但係一上到嚟掛住食唔記得咗影相🤣，另外都叫咗個麻辣皮蛋，每一啖都超級麻辣好似激啊，熱到個皮蛋好入味仲充滿芫荽香，超正講真幾十蚊食一碗勁飽肚又高質嘅米線🍜，仲有正宗四川風味嘅小食，唔怪之係咁多香港人都鍾意食😍
