要保住香港舊有文化,作為香港人當然要支持下啦!呢排食得多外國菜,自然間唔中就會掛住地道冰室既味道。一杯港式奶茶、一份常餐足以令你勾起多年黎種種既回憶。今次我就黎到銅鑼灣呢間「龍門冰室」,尋找返一份純厚既人情味。呢到既裝修簡約中帶點型格,主要以黑白色調,比起舊式冰室更加有時尚感。晚市未到7點,餐廳外已經大排長龍,「龍門冰室」呢個朵果然夠響呀!👇📌美式鐵板餐 -▪ 牛仔骨拼炸蝦炸帶子配龍蝦汁 - $100▫ 食鐵板餐最緊要係咩呀?就係享受果刻Jer Jer聲既快感,我就揀左呢個牛仔骨,肉質好嫩滑,配埋香口既龍蝦汁,真係停唔到口呀!可以分別跟白飯、意粉、薯菜。鐵板就梗係配薯條啦,一啖肉一啖薯條,咁樣先夠滋味呀。另外仲包埋是日餐湯—羅宋湯,成個餐質素相當唔錯。▪ 紐西蘭羊架拼香草腸 - $110▫ 我朋友話佢係羊架控,跟住就試左個鐵板燒羊架,肉質幾肥美,鮮嫩多汁,而且羊味唔羶,再配埋黑椒汁更加惹味。一樣配上薯菜加強口感,條大肉腸非常震撼呀,份量十足,仲要咬落相當彈牙,好抵食!📌咸牛肉芝士玉子燒配撈丁 - $70👉成個玉子燒,裡面全部都係包滿哂咸牛肉同芝士,層次豐富,食落又唔會油淋淋,配埋撈丁一
