To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Thanks God Its Friday 話咁快又到星期五，又係時候同親朋戚友戀人知己去食好西話說今日我就約左屋企人岀街食飯，而媽咪又好掛住沙嗲王的白咖哩豬扒飯，咁就一於順下佢老人家意去食沙嗲王咁我地就揀左屋企附近的依間沙嗲王，貪方便，而且都幾大間咁我地一坐低媽咪就急不及待嗌左個招牌白咖哩豬，之後就由我地發辦，咁我地都唔客氣咁點左個我好鐘意食的黃金蟹粉豆腐煲，同埋蒜蓉牛油雞翼，以及椒鹽豆腐。咁首先講左招牌白咖哩豬扒飯先la佢仍然保持一貫水準，甜而不辣而且充滿椰香味的白咖哩配上炸得酥脆可口而且十分入味的豬扒，簡直係送飯極品，難怪我媽咪咁鐘意食la而另一道菜黃金蟹粉豆腐煲都唔輸蝕，一上黎就熱氣騰騰，金黃色的蟹粉加上面頭啖啖蟹肉，配搭嫩滑的豆腐粒，又係謀殺白飯的一大殺手而另外兩道小食蒜蓉牛油雞翼同椒鹽豆腐都好食，值得推介，今晚真係大滿足
