Hong Kong Style Meatless Menu Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 社會動盪的晚上, 鐵路於晚上八時就沒有了, 於是約了友人在市中心食飯, 就算無車都可以行回家吧。初時友人稱想食日本野, 我剛下巴士, 見到大家樂, 有打邊邊wor, 於是最後就食邊邊了。筆者本身有點貪心, 於是叫了x4的牛+豬, 友人叫了"堅係和牛", 再加14蚊, 有2大杯野飲。我們亦加了蝦滑, 蝦滑與飲品先到, 一看的蝦滑, 以為是沙律吧, 蝦滑份量有點少。不太值得加錢。等了十多分鐘, 兩份餐到了, 但是, 湯底完全攪錯, 只是一些清湯, 另外, 友人的和牛, 食食下才發現, 似豬多D (因為我倆掛住傾計, 都無太留意D食物, HAHHAHA), 而我的兩包牛豬都唔錯的。值得讚的是牛, 豬都分別用即棄膠盒裝好, 包好, 密封好, 很衛生, 但是亦非常的不環保吧。至於食物方面, 除了肉之外, 亦有菜, 南瓜片附送, 對於女生, 亦算飽的, 但如男生, 相信一定要再加烏冬或其他小食吧。最後, 由於安全問題, 店亦於10時前全關了, 就只剩下我地兩條某利繼續坐, 直至見到屯市職員拉出閘預備關門的一刻。
