係屯門要食越南菜,選擇真係唔多!見到屯市有呢間What The Pho,店鋪嘅裝修、環境都唔錯,枱凳都以木系為主,感覺都幾時尚!一去到,當然叫幾個小食先!一叫叫左3個,而香芒軟殼蟹米紙同牛油單骨雞中翼卷我就比較中意今次我就放棄左食沙律,反而叫左呢個香芒軟殼蟹米紙。米紙卷味道比較清淡,而且口感煙韌,配合埋香甜嘅芒果、生菜、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲,感覺反而幾清新。軟殼蟹亦炸得好香口,醮上少少酸辣汁,會更加開胃,作為頭盤小食真係唔錯!不過要注意,米紙卷要新鮮食,如果放置得太耐,會乾同韌而牛油單骨雞中翼真係一定要食聽個名就知係得一條骨,所以食起來都幾方便,仲啖啖肉。而且配上炸蒜,香脆可口之餘又唔會話太油,非常惹味!面頭嘅扎肉好好食,味道濃郁,配埋粉包食完全可以唔洗加醬汁都得,夠哂原汁原味至於個粉包都算薄,要小心夾先得,唔係裡面啲豬肉碎、木耳同沙葛就會趺哂出黎!份量仲好大,我地戈一日都食唔哂。到左主菜,男朋友就叫左火車頭,真係勁大碗啊!有肥牛、牛筋、牛腩、牛柏葉同牛丸,超多餸。就算2個人分,樣樣都可以食到!湯嘅味道都濃,不過就真係油左少少嗱!呢個就係我一見到Meun就想叫嘅野食椰青飯上有好多魷魚圈用蝦,
