早兩晚係紅橋搵野食見呢間野個門面都幾靚,就走入去試吓。本身諗住都係一間普通小店,點知個廚會同我哋傾偈,又會問吓我哋覺得啲野食點,呢個位幾impressive 嘅。其實吧枱嘅意義本身就係為咗食客同個廚可以有交流,但香港無幾多間有吧枱設計嘅餐廳做到。後來傾傾吓先知佢哋岩岩開業一個月都無,兩三個年輕人膽粗粗就開咗間咁嘅野。鋪面三個年輕人各自有自己嘅故事,老闆娘仲同我哋傾咗好多佢嘅心路歷程。岩岩開業你以為佢啲嘢應該未夠火候啦,但呢間野啲野食水準出奇地唔差,後來傾開先知用料都係日本貨,質量對得住個價錢。係有時會有甩漏單,但始終小店岩岩開業,個人覺得可以接受。希望呢間小店可以保住初心繼續行落去,都推介大家行過紅橋可以去試吓。
