要知道,而家要食一碗正經潮洲粉麵,真係好難,坊間麵檔啲豬手,成日硬硼硼,呢間係炆到夠身夠淋的款式,我最鍾意。魚蛋都係潮州白魚旦,唔死實,稍淋,但好有魚味。湯底唔係坊間清如水,淡如雪的所謂"清湯",係大地魚湯+足量的豬手汁,搞到個湯有少少起膠,正~連凍啡先$40蚊(早餐),梗係唔貴啦,好過食求很其煎雙蛋+雪菜隱形肉c公仔麵多多聲啦。好唔好食?呢幅相話你知,clear呀!你睇d河粉係正式水粉,正正宗宗潮州粉,我已成為呢間店的鐵粉:XD
