To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屯門碼頭稻香係每星期都一定會去一次既地方。勝在易找位(11點前)食品質素好。茶未至於用茶根(6蚊位茶錢)。服務態度都叫好(亞姐人手少但努力服務)。今次2個人叫左5個點心甘荀流沙飽:一撕開流沙勁多。好香蛋黃味。味道好味。但甘荀味去左邊呢。潮洲粉果:一直都鐘意食稻香粉果。細點平又皮薄饀多。推介選擇山竹牛肉:沒有好多梳打粉味道。真材實材。有牛肉味。好味蠔油滑雞卷: 師傅係米忘記落蠔油。一滴都冇。淡淡的。全靠食品本身味道蘿蔔酥:炸得香口。但吾肥膩。入口舒服吾會成口油。但蘿蔔絲比較少比我心目中多。又要打包。總體黎講以屯門碼頭4間酒樓最好。但人手如果多點會更好(早晚市)
