今日路過虹橋附近,見到一間門面都幾日本風既餐廳,叫留白,跟住見到門外有三五成群係度食啤酒串燒。即刻燃燒了我的日本魂,同埋屯門真係無咩地方可以個感覺似居酒屋,見到呢度咁熱鬧即刻入去試試。居酒屋一定係要叫返杯酒先叫其他,即刻叫杯麒麟爽下先,見到店員慢慢倒酒跟住成泡都係一個享受。有酒點可以無下酒菜,見到附近d 人不停咁order 串燒燒物。我都即刻叫返幾串旁下身,當然係要叫我最愛的燒鳥!呢度燒鳥種類其實都好豐富,連雞屁股都有。我就即刻order左 雞頸肉,雞肉棒,雞pat pat,加上台灣場and燒菇瓜,整多條魚加多個烏冬我諗應該夠食啦!串燒上黎,就有撲鼻而黎既日本燒烤味道,唔係大陸燒烤個款。係炭燒個種香味,撒上點點七味粉,將串燒昇華左一個地步。 雞頸肉嫩而不老,咬落去個種彈牙完全燒到剛剛好,雞肉棒配上大蔥月見汁,豐富左雞肉棒既層次!再加上一啤酒完美配搭,gur到一個點。跟住燒烤攻略完就要食個烏冬同燒魚。個烏冬既峴大大粒咬落去有多汁,峴汁係你個口爆出黎,配上烏冬,簡直停不了咁不停索烏冬,加上烤魚落埋香草,不禁令人覺得係日西風情.
