knowing that the bakery may be closed after mid-autumn festival, i visited the shop yesterday and bought their unique 山東合桃酥, though the appearance of it's not attractive, the taste's very good. It's nutty and light, totally different from the cantonese 合桃酥 that we used to eat in chinese restaurant. i bought three and ate at the spot, then i bought a dozen more immediately. i also tried the cookies there but dislike them as they're not crispy. just hope 山東合桃酥 won't extinct even after the bake
