To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然銅鑼灣有很多美食,但想食得健康些真的要花點心思找找,最後我來到這間主打食poke魚生飯的餐廳。這種食物是我第一次食,不知道把魚生和其他配料混合而成的新菜式,味道是否合我口味呢~當天七點左右來到,門外已經排了長長人龍,單看光顧的客人,幾乎全部都是年輕人,有些是外國人,可見這種食物較新穎😋——————————🔹三文魚 (壽司飯+珍珠糙米/青瓜/蟹子/香菇) (+$10牛油果) $108這裏主要有四大類食物,而我選擇了三文魚,再自選三種配料,另加$10牛油果。醬汁則選了果仁芝麻醬,上面加了紫菜絲、辣椒碎和木魚絲。等了約十分鐘,我的三文魚飯終於來到,賣相真的很吸引,份量比我預期多👍🏼 所有食物都沾滿白色的果仁芝麻醬😚 店家提供的三文魚質素不錯,食起來肥美甘香,幾乎每啖都食得到三文魚粒!但食到一半感到奇怪,因為不太食得出果仁和芝麻香,沒有什麼味道😩😩 所以主動問店員拿了些果仁芝麻醬,一落醬就完全不同感覺,勁濃果仁香味,懷疑本身是否忘記落醬汁,還是落太少🤭不過冬菇切得有點大粒,與其他食材一齊食,真的有少少影響口感,味道說不出為什麼有點不夾🤔 所以下次不會再叫冬菇😂🔸 吞拿魚 (壽司飯+珍珠糙米

朋友就叫了吞拿魚,配山葵乳酪醬,上面加了紫菜絲、芝麻和木魚絲,另加$10鮮蟹肉。

一上菜,我就聞到很香wasabi味,蟹肉的量似乎都有不少。不過朋友表示,把材料全部撈勻後,其實都不太食出蟹肉的鮮味😯 相反山葵乳酪醬的味道,十分突出,食到每啖都有微微不會嗆口的wasabi味😍 就算食到後期,都不太有膩的感覺,可以下次encore這種醬!

值得一提的是,壽司飯和珍珠糙米的份量出奇地多,吞拿魚大大粒,配合爽口的青瓜和軟爛爛的豆腐,口感豐富而清新,不錯👍🏼 太食的朋友不用擔心食不飽😋
