To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友見到元朗有間壽司店好出名,本來咁遠我叫佢搵第二個陪佢,但佢show左張海膽相比我睇,我即刻改變主意。好可惜黎到冇得坐枱欣賞師傅即刻為我準備既一刻,有點失色。呢度食Omakase,即係由廚師話事,食當日最新鮮既食物,你完全唔知下一碟係咩,充滿神秘感。你唯一要做嘅,就係睇下要邊個set,決定食幾多野。先來個​沙拉同埋魚仔,賣相十分吸引。黑松露茶碗蒸​茶碗蒸其實係日本嘅蒸蛋,有d似平時啲蒸水蛋,但唔會話太淡,好滑同蛋味相對較重,裡面有啲蝦肉和蟹柳等等,配合黑松露也很夾。4款刺身左口魚由最淡味既左口魚開始,肉質結實有嚼勁,味道比較淡。中拖羅拖羅係吞拿魚近腩位既位置,肉質肥美,充滿脂肪,入口即溶。平政魚平政魚雖然都肉質結實,但比起左口魚少點嚼勁,多點油脂。石垣貝石垣貝質感爽脆,味道鮮甜,有點似象拔蚌。真鯛真鯛有淡淡既鮮味,味道比較淡,但有咬口,好爽口。甜蝦甜蝦口感軟嫩而鮮甜。深海池魚深海池魚味濃甘香,肉質煙韌。大拖羅是拖羅中最為香濃肥美的部分,香味十足。海膽,三文魚子丼比相吸引而黎既海膽份量比相片少,唔知係咪因為當日太多人叫所以份量唔夠呢?不過呢個海膽未做到滑不溜口既感覺,有點失望。蔥拖羅手

茶碗蒸其實係日本嘅蒸蛋,有d似平時啲蒸水蛋,但唔會話太淡,好滑同蛋味相對較重,裡面有啲蝦肉和蟹柳等等,配合黑松露也很夾。

蔥拖羅手卷
將拖羅切成長條形,做成手卷,咬落入口即溶,只感覺到一陣鮮味和油香,跟飯完全溶入在一起,極之好味味。比起剛剛吃的大拖羅更勝一籌﹗

最後,大家有冇留意到米飯既顏色偏深,同平時食開既唔同顏色呢﹖原來呢度既壽司用赤醋做壽司醋,係江戶前最正統既壽司做法,食落多左一份陳醋香,令魚鮮味更特出。
