首先會上Welcome Drink

係伯爵茶加上雜莓汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃☺️


前菜係醃漬海帶油甘魚配魚子醬及芝麻柚子汁

油甘魚肉爽口,配上醬汁份外清新


之後就到餐湯味噌龍蝦濃湯🦞

龍蝦味道超濃郁😍配埋餐包一齊食岩哂☺️


上完頭盤餐廳就會上意大利飯

北海道帶子白酒意大利飯配魚子醬及巴馬火腿脆片

帶子肉質柔嫩鮮甜

Creamy嘅Risotto加上香脆巴馬火腿脆片味道層次更豐富

呢個飯份量唔會太多,食完仲有肚食主菜😋


主菜方面每人可以喺3款入面揀1款

我地首先揀咗安格斯西冷牛扒🥩🐮

牛扒十分厚身,外層烤到勁香☺️

叫5成熟入面仲好嫩紅色☺️唔會過火☺️

食落肉味就夠哂香濃🥰

另一款就點咗烤穀飼豬扒配蘋果醬🥩🐷

同牛扒一樣外層烤到好香

一切落去見到粉粉嫩嫩超靚☺️

食落果然十分腍滑🥰靚豬扒配上蘋果醬真係好夾🍎


最後當然就係甜品環節啦😝

當晚係朱古力蛋糕配紫薯雪糕

朱古力味濃而不膩🍫而紫薯雪糕味道就幾清甜
