呢間應該暫時係元朗開業最長久嘅日式拉麵店🍜當其他拉麵店都不敵元朗嘅食肆時代巨輪,此店仍然屹立不倒👍🏻仲記得第一次來係他們剛開張嘅時候,當時食「白前」(紅色嗰碗),湯底香濃,叉燒又入味😋自此之後偶爾就會來食一碗,咁樣就過左差唔多十年。最近有新產品「新白前」(白色嗰碗,溏心蛋係我另外加嘅,呢碗原本無配蛋),叉燒係用西班牙 Iberico 黑豚,比「白前」用嘅叉燒更香,湯底亦較 creamy☺️但,我都比較喜歡「白前」嘅幼麵同木耳絲😛順帶一提,呢度嘅吉列蠔好好味,鬆脆新鮮,又唔會食到成口炸粉咁😋現今經營食肆 (尤其係獨立小店) 相當困難,請繼續加油💪🏻
