由中學到而家,總係離唔開灣仔區。如果要揀我心水推介既餐廳,友和必定榜上有名。Since secondary school, I just can't leave Wan Chai district.And my top choice is "Tomakazu Japanese Restautant".對於和食,好多人認為和食只要刺身新鮮,切割講究為之上品,往往忽略左和食既根本 - 米飯。米飯點樣煮到粒粒分明、鬆軟香口絕對為丼飯錦上添花。For Japanese food, majority of us constantly thinks about sashimi - how fresh it is, the way of cutting it. No doubt, when the rice is cooked to the point is light and fluffy. That definitely adds point to the whole dining experience .
友和既鰻魚飯定食係我既心水推介。
And on my recommendation list from Tomakazu, Eel Rice is the one. 特製既鰻魚醬汁甜度適中,淋上厚度剛好既鰻魚;
鰻魚依然好juicy,最重要係無腥味!
對於唔食魚既我都忍唔住食晒
It uses its very own special eel sauce, and after pouring it onto the just right thickness of the eel. With the just right sweetness of the sauce, blended with the eel, not only the eel remains juicy, most importantly it covers the fishyness of the eel. For someone not a big fan of fish, I have no problem finishing it.
唯一要改善既地方係上菜時間太耐了,等左半個鐘先有得食。
The only comment I have for the restaurant is the serving time, after placing the order, we waited for a good 30 min.
其實一碗簡單的丼飯,除左滿足口腹之欲,更加反映餐廳選材既用心。
希望友和可以保持水準,喺灣仔區繼續屹立不倒。
Anyways, this is well worth the wait. A simple and delicious bowl of rice, not only it should be satisfying, it can also reflects the use of ingredient from the restaurant. Fingers cross the quality of food stays the same, cause I will be back for more.
