第一次見識四式薄餅的威力,四種包括:濃烈的芝士、煙熏三文魚、辣肉腸及巴馬火腿薄餅。我選擇沒有太過膩的三文魚為先,三文魚少許咸度配合薄身的餅底,加入洋蔥極之美味。由淡轉濃這個芝士我很喜歡,芝士有少許拉絲的效果。另外還有辣肉腸及巴馬火腿,我想味道理應更加美味。

一直以為是原隻雞翼上枱,原來別有洞天。五小隻的雞槌配上檸檬及蜜糖醬,相當醒胃。香脆的雞翼不太油膩,沒有半點抗拒的理由。

足見份量的斧頭扒55-60oz)相當吸晴,初見已經令人回味無窮。五成熟的炭燒肉斧頭扒,血紅色肉質鮮美,並且有炭燒味道。每一口都肉質豐富,旁邊更有芥末或鹽份等;但永遠也是沒添加醬料比較好,吃出本身鮮味來。

 以前你可能覺得此區遙遠的它鄉一樣似的。但自從港鐵將伸延到此,其實已變得相當方便。由東區走到西區只不過是半小時內車程,在鐵路站內單看壁畫;如果用新舊交替是最好不過吧!

 保留原有的建築物,舊街坊舊士多富有人情細味;不斷進駐酒吧、餐廳等多了一份繁華熱鬧。每次到訪西環總會感覺到「香港」轉變,平民百姓的簡單生活清晰可見。頓時又想起「歲月神偷」情節,Echoes of the Rainbow。
